In my day job, I run RIGHTSLEEVE.COM, the promotional design agency I founded in 2000. Through this business, I have been able to see first hand how technology, the web, cloud computing, and social media have dramatically altered the business landscape. My experiences as an entrepreneur figure prominently in my presentations as I have witnessed first hand the things to do (and not do) when it comes to using the web to differentiate your business.
I am not a “social media guru”, rather I talk about what I have actually done in my business (warts and all).
